I am completely confused. What do I have to do to get the AA selector codes to dial to a group of extensions instead of assigning the selector code to just one extension. For example; I'm trying to get extensions 12,19,20,22,23 to all ring when the caller pushes "5" to get "sales".
Thanks for the help, hopefully my hair will grow back!

You will have to do that for every extension. Then set your selector code 5 to transfer to an extension, ext 771.

When a caller calls in and presses 5, it will transfer to the group (771), which you have all of your members in.

Thank you, now part of my hair is growing back, though I'm having another problem. On all incoming calls, the AA is picking them up and transfering directly to the operator (10), any suggestions????

771 is a hunt group so only one station at a time will ring. Setup a calling group with all the extensions you desire. #502, group 1, assign desired extensions. Then set digit 5 to transfer to group 71.
