CALLING GROUPS OVERFLOW TO ANOTHER GROUP 1

Hello

I need to set up 4 phones into a calling group if all users are on the phone and another call gets transfered to that group i would like to have the call overflow to a seperate back up group say 771 4 members all busy go to 772 . the system is a magix 1.0

The best way to do this is for the 1st group (771) to be set up as AUTO LOG OUT.

That would mean, of course, that the users would have to push a button to be eligible for calls.

If they walk away while logged in, then they get logged out (after several rings) and then when all are logged out, or busy, it can overflow to 772.

You could also use TIME based or NUMBER based (number of calls waiting) as well.
