Calling group

I had a post awhile back that wanted a calling group for a did and then would ring on 6 exts. So I set up a mailbox with the DID and put cover buttons on all 6 phones, works like a charm.

NOW, they want to change things. they want the ZERO out option to ring all 6 extensions again. I am familiar with Merlin messaging and know that they could all change their personal operator to go back to the main DID, would I do the same for Audix?

You'll need to go to the auto attendant box in the audix, and you'll see on screen 2 or 3, the page of the prompts. Just type in where you want the 0 out ot go next to the 0.
