This is probably dumb. I'm not thinking straight, but I have a calling group 770 set up, auto log out, my members have there ES2 buttons, etc.
I want this group to overflow to another group of to a DLC operator. I put a calling group as the overflow, set my time base, number base, etc. and it just keeps overflowing to the VM and the Auto Attendant picks up.
What am I doing wrong or missing??
