Calling Group

Need help. I have Calling Group 72 as the "0" timeout for auto-attendant 2 on a PM 7.0. If no one answers it defaults to an extension not in the calling group. Can the Calling Group 2 (ext. 72) have a default mailbox...say a desingated extension (member) of the group?

Create mailbox 72 and indicate the sponsors mailbox for MWL. Now they get to check two mailboxes.

Since it's R7, make mailbox 72 be a "phantom" with the destination someone in the group. Record an outgoing message in mailbox 72, but receive the messages in someone's personal mailbox instead.
