Hello

I would like to set up an option off of the voice mail 007mlm to go to a group of phones if no answer to go back to the operator i set voicemail to tranfer the caller to ext 771 when 3 is pressed

so lets say i have group 771 with 5 members if no answer within 5 rings i like to have the call go to the operator ext 10
i cant seem to have the overflow happen it just keeps ringing i have group set as auto log in and group ringing
what am i missing

thanks

You cannot set coverage for a Calling Group with a "group ring" Hunt-type. Such groups are ineligible for coverage.

Although - if you have an analog module (012 or 016 Basic Telph. module) - you could add an analog station port as a member of the "group ring" group - and run a phone cord from that analog station port to an unused line port - add that line to the Operator phone - and make it delayed ring. However it would start ringing on the 3rd ring - rather than the 5th ring
