I have an existing AA that works when the night button is pressed. The selector codes were set to direct extension transfer. The customer wants calling groups for selector code 3,4 etc. I programmed them to go to extension 772 for s.c. 3 and 773 for s.c. 4
I put a few extensions into each calling group via the "members" selection after creating the calling groups. However, after the AA answers the selector codes don't work. When I manually dial them, they ring and beep (not working) I can't figure the programming on this. I believe the system is an R6 with MLM 007. Win SPM won't connect, so I'm doing programming by the phone. Any help please?

Did you also create Ext. 772 and 773 as either extensions with mailboxes or give them transfer only permission?

The groups were set to Auto Log out,I discovered. So now the groups ring, but they ring in Circular and not all at the same time or close to the same time. Are there settings or overflows I can set, I've tried, to get the phones to roll to each member quickly or all at the same time?
Thanks.

How many users for each group? If 8 or less, make a phantom extension and put a Primary Coverage button for the phantom on each extension that needs to answer.

Yes sir, that is a good idea. One group has 2 extensions and the other has 4. Thanks.

With less than 8 members I usually used a phantom extension with coverage buttons as suggested by TTT.
