I have a customer who is using the TASK software to monitor a calling group. Although I have the group set to send the call to the most idle, it seems to send the calls more at random. The person with the most idle time gets the first call, then there while there are a couple of people idle, the person who just got off the phone gets the next call. I seems to be working only intermittantly. I have verifed all users are logged in and assigned to the correct group.

I think you need to talk to the TASKE folks.

The massage the output from the Legend/Magix their own way which could over ride the Hunt Type in the Legend/Magix.

so there could be something programmed in the TASKE software that is making this occur?

I can only say, I think so.

The Demo I saw of the TASKE stuff when they came to our office in Denver, did some creative things with the CTI LINK feature of the Legend.

The CTI LINK uses an MLX port and monitors all activity in the Legend and allows the TASKE software to make it's own call handeling decisions.

How long have they had this TASKE stuff?

Perhaps they can ask them?

They have only had the taske software for a few months. I will have them ask.
