Calling Group Mailbox?

Hello. I have an AA set-up so when you press 4 it transfers you to calling group 3, which is set up to ring 2 system phones (Partner Voice Messaging). If neither of these phones is answered, "Joyce the Voice" comes on and says the "your party is not available" bit. Is there anyway to make one extensions voice mail answer for this calling group? One of these extensions has mailbox assigned with a VMS cover buton activated. This would be the voice mail that I would like to answer if no one else does. If this is not possible, is there anyway to change the default zero action so then when "Joyce" says "Or press zero to reach the receptionist" is transferes to extention 20 instead of 10. Extention 20 is where our receptionist sits. Extention 10 is only used during business hours.

What voice mail is it. Partner Messaging V1,6,or 7 or is it the Partner Voice Messaging Large or Small?

You can cheat a bit - using a spare station port, and a spare line port.

Add the spare station to the calling group. Loop it to the spare line port with a line cord, assign that line to one of the system phones in the calling group, with delayed ring. Make that station the Call Coverer of that spare line in #208. Take that line OUT of that station's Auto Line Select.

When calls come to the group, all three extensions ring, but the "spare" line is only blinking. After 4 rings of no answer, (depending on the VMS Cover rings of the extension with the spare line), the mailbox of the extension with the spare line answers.

One call at a time, so not good for high traffic situations.

Oh, and for the spare extension, remove ALL line appearances through #301.
