I have a PRI on a Legend 7.0 V14.2 Processor. I have a Fax group set up as 6958. The group is set up as Linear and Autologin. The dialplan routing table receives the DID as 5667405, I then translate that to the group number 6958. I have 4 analog extensions (on a 016 T/R w/ring) in the group as 6930-6933. When you dial the group as an extension number internally it hunts with no problem through the 4 faxes. However, when you dial the DID number, it rings the first one and answers, then the next call gets a busy signal. Any ideas?

I will ask the provider to take a look at it. Anything you can think of on the Legend side that would cause this though?

Considering it is set up as AUTO LOGIN, unless the PORTS are BUSIED OUT, or your fax machines know how to put themselves in DO NOT DISTURB, I don't think the Legend is doing it.

If you have an AUTO LOGIN Group, with 4 Members, even if all 4 were busy, the call should "QUEUE UP".

Perhaps printing and posting your GROUP CALL info would give a clue.

Sorry for taking so long to respond to this. Just found out the provider was the problem. They were considering this as one fax line and not a standard DID that can receive multiple calls. Everyone is so knowledgeable on this group. I consider myself proficient on the Legend and the Magix but you Merlinman, and some of the others, put me to shame. Thanks again!
