I have the following set up:
Dial 2 off of the menu on the AA. 2 transfers to ext 774 (which is ext 614), then if she isn't logged in or on the phone, it covers to the following group 630 (which is 602,617,604), if they do not answer or are not logged in, it rings to ext 776 (which is 621 - the operator). If the first two aren't logged in, the caller just goes into a neverending music on hold. I have tested and you do hear A LOT of music with no one answering. Is there something else I should be doing. Again, I program mostly on a Definity and am not as comfortable with the Legend "Logic" as I heard that used before.
