Calling Group and System Directory 1

Two issues:

1. I cannot change the default extension (779) to a four digit ext.

2. Getting System Directory to work. Feature Code 600
(do I add the 9 with the number?

1 is your system setup programed as set up space
2 yes if your using pool system to dial out

1. Yes, it is. If I remember correctly, I remove the ext.
and add the new one.

2. Yes, it is a PRI. What does the user do? Dial feature 600?

779 is a calling group,you need to go to renumber, single grpcalling
for system speed dial feature 600 will turn on speaker dial number, for analog use # plus system number
