Calling group and hold

I have a few calling groups set up. All are set to group ring.
I cannot find the simplest thing though.
When one of the agents places a call on hold, how do they retrieve that caller back again.
The SA doesn't flash and you cannot hit the SA to pick up the call again. It kinda gets lost.
Can someone let me know how to retrieve that call back?
 
Is the call coming in on a cover button or a system access button?

I checked the set programming and found my SA buttons were only 2 and they were set to ring. I added a 3rd and made them ring, voice, and originate only SA's. The problem stopped.
