I know this has probably been answered on here somehwere but can't find a definintive answer...
When we try and call internal extensions directly from the call log the callers number intermittently shows "unavailable" thus not allowing you to dial it, this doesn't happen all the time! I'm sure I had this issue years ago but can't for the life of me remember!
Can anyone shed a bit of light on this for me as it's driving me mad now!
