calling extensnio 911 from MiCollab IPHone - Europe 1

Hi All,

In Europe emergency number is 112 not 911 as in North America.

This customer has assigned extension 911 to a user, so when other users dial 911 from MiCollab, IPHone automatically dials 911 from GSM.

Any way to disable that feature on IPhone, or anything we can do on MiCollab?

You need to edit the deployment profile, In NA, I remove all but 911. They should have only 113 in there setting

In MiCollab there should be a choice for client deployment. Under it there should be an option for deployment profiles. If using the default select and edit. On lower right should be where you need to make change
