Calling CR using JAVA

I actually have two questions.
1. Can you call Crystal Reports using java?
2. Can i make/edit a Crystal Report on the web at runtime,
like in the designer...

i hope you guys can help me on this..

1. There's a Java Report Viewer Bean in V8/V8.5
2. I believe the answer is No.
