I have a web site which is using "e-classifieds " scripts for classifed ads. All of the classified pages are generated by this CGI script. What I want to do is to be able to desinate a certain banner in an Iframe in the header of the CGI generated page. For example an automotive related ad banner on the page generated when the viewer looks at the autos category, and a furniture related banner when the viewer looks at an ad in the furniture category. When the viewer clicks on a category, the script runs a query to generate the page for the particular category. is there any way to have a script to see the "url" which is generated as the script runs the query, and then desinate the banner to be displayed by the query? We have also installed WebAdverts script, but cannot get it to run category specific banners! Any help would be greatly appreciated. PS. the people at Eclassifieds suggested we use the WebAdverts script and that it would work. We cannot get them to answer any questions or provide any help.
