Calling Appearance on Conference Calls

Can some one tell me why I can't get a details button to appear on conference call? Do I need "extended meet me"?

Do you have a conf-dsp button on your phone?

If so, press that and you should be able to scroll through the participants.

Sorry, I didn't put that in my post before I do have a conference display button. I am using 9611 and 9641 phones. I can see the display info but can't see any of the details.
