Calling an FTP Program, Logging in, and Uploading File Automatically.

I am creating a Macro to automatically export a table to a .csv file. I'd like the next step in the Macro to automatically call an FTP program, login to the proper account, select that .csv file and upload it.

Can this be done? I've had very little experience with VB.
