I have a IP412 3.2.17 release with IP hardphones. (56xx series) External calls go across the PRI (which is set to DMS100), Whenever an IPoffice user calls an external number that is busy, the call disconnects immediately and gives the user no indication of a busy signal. This causing havoc as people think they just got disconnected instead of reaching a busy signal, which they should be getting.
Anyone have any ideas? The PRI provider is saying everything is normal on how they setup their PRI's. Other than that the PRI works fine.
