I have a question, I was programming a s8500 with 9650 ip phones, and I have a question about call forwarding because I want to build up the function of boss+ assistant. Is it possibile to ignore callforwarding for a high priority call. The extension of the boss is forwarded to his assistant, but if there is a high priority call the assistant should have the possibility to send the call back to her boss?
I tried to get the solution with the priority (FAC) but the system restricted me to send the calls back!
Are there any tips?
