Callers put on "Park" can talk to each other

Has anyone ever had this issue?

Mitel 3300 CXi.
Version 6.0 SP1
12.0.1.24

Customer uses park key with "4" as the hunt group to park against.
PArk retrieve button "4"

Sometimes the callers on park will be able to talk to each other.

This is a medical office and they are concerned about Hippa.
