Callers in Queue Report? 1

Does anyone know if there is any way to report on Callers in Queue? using SCCS 3.0

No reports for callers in the queue because ultimately the callers will be treated by the system ( answered, abandoned, routed, disconnected etc)

However, if you want to see how many calls waiting in a particular skillset/application, you can open the skillset/application realtime display and check the call waiting field.
