Callers has to record their names when an extention dialed 1

This behaivor just happened though I don't know how and why.
When a caller dials an internal extention he/she is prompted with "At the tone Record your name, to end your recording press pound".

How to disable this behavior???

You will find that this is from the "call screening" feature Go in to Feature 9 8 3 change mailbox and scan thru each mailbox that is exibiting this until you see the XFERS: area and change it from screen to blind.

I don't think this is a global option. You don't say what vm or norstar versions you have so I am just shooting with a probable.
