Callers dont hear ringing 1

Hi, Have a 406 and a strange problem has just started happening.

When callers go to the embedded auto attendant, and press a button that transfers to a group, the "ringing" that the caller hears has stopped. There is just silence, yet the call is ringing around the group as configured.

The upshot is that the caller thinks they have been cut off.

Its a fairly old firmware so will upgrade to see if this resolves, but has anyone else experienced this?

Could it be that you once they have selected transfer it is queueing and the hold music has gone off so they hear silence?
