We have a did number that auto terminates on a phantom 500set and is DCFW to an ACD with multiple agents. They are built on a lineside T1 card and the T1 is connected to a CTI server and IVR. When calls originate from the PSTN everything works properly. If a call is originated internally dialing 5 digits the CLID of the calling set is not sent to the CTI, but the agent ID of the ACD is sent as the CLID of the calling party. These agent sets are registered with Contact Center also. Is there a way to have the 5 digit DN of the calling set sent as the CLID. This works properly on all regular internal set to set calls.

I think the only answer here is to get the users who have received the calls on their phones to transfer them to the Phantom set first, rather than one of the agents as this would bypass the Contact Centre.

This might explain why only the Agent ID is being displayed.
