CallerID Started Showing "0" Out of the Blue

OK, we have a Nortel Norstar MICS on a PRI. We use T7316E phones. Up until about 2 months ago our CallerID was working flawlessly. Now we get just the number "0" for 80-90% of our calls. I called our service provider and they say that everything is set up correctly on their end. That leads me to think that something might have been messed up in a power outage or something on the system itself.

Anybody ever hear of this before or have any idea how I can check to see if everything is set up right?

The MICS does no conversion.
What you get from Telco is what you see on the display.
Have you verified the CLID config at the sets?
Have you used F811 to view additional call info?

Unfortunately, you'll need some type of protocol analyzer to actually see what your provider is sending.
At your request they should come to your site and prove that the CLID is getting there.
