CallerID on SMDR

I have been using SMDR 6 for a while now and have gotten proper callid number information reporting when connected through a PRI to telco.

Recently, I added several "POTS" lines with callerid on them and connected them to a callerid card (in lieu of the older LS/DS).

I am able to get callerid information on the handsets when a call comes in through the "POTS" lines, but this information does not appear in the data stream from the SMDR.

Is this expected or am I doing something wrong?

Change the standard Norstar format to CLID.
