Avaya 1608 on 4.2(17) software load, There are only 3 lines for display on this phone and the middle line shows application specific information ie: CallerID. The Avaya 1616 shows 4 lines for display giving two lines for CallerID, the 1608 only shows only the number while the 1616 shows both name and number so i know the pbx is receiving both name and number. Is it possible for the 1608 to show both name and number or at the very least change it to show the name instead of the number? This is for external calls. Thanks in advance.
