CallerID info displaying on 2nd incoming call

I have Norstar MICS 6.0 with PRI w/ DID's target lines programmed to extension of set. Each set has 2 or 3 intercom/DID keys. Any call coming in to a set displays callerID info and continues to display when on that call. Is there a way to see the CallerID info of the 2nd (or 3rd for that matter) call coming in to the set BEFORE answering the call? I know F811 works to display call info of a call on hold or incoming call if not set to automatic, but any ideas on seeing the info of another incoming call when already on a call?

it is not automatic but feature 811 then tap the second ringing appearance ie intercom and you will get the CID info
