Caller Screeing - Whisper question 1

Two part question. Our VPs want to be able to use the whisper funtion in VM Pro to screen their incoming external calls. We set up user start points in VM Pro but I can't figure out how to send external calls immediately to the whisper action. As I have it now the phone will ring 4 times then go into the whisper action. The second problem is that once the user rejects the call and hangs up the call is disconnected, if the user leaves the phone off hook the whisper action completes with the caller being able to leave a VM.
Thanks in advance for any advice...
 
All u need to do is direct the I/C call to a VM :"Module NAme" with the whisper action configured at the star point
 
Thanks! That worked for getting the call to go directly to the whisper, but the call is still disconnected if the user rejects the call then hangs up the handset. The calling party hears the beginning of the voice mail greeting and is cut off as soon as the user hangs up.
