Caller/Redial List on 1140E Issue 2

Hi All,

My Callers/Redial list on the Nortel 1140 set is non functional and is providing the following error message:
Web Error. Server error, Try later....

Does anyone know how I can trouble shoot this error message. Everything is setup correctly in the element manager.

Any suggestions?

not 100% on this, but in element manager I think it's under :

ip telephony, Personal Directories, server-

The ip should be the same as your SS elan address
