Caller presses 0 in VMail, call rings x3013 (Operator) but never rings back to vmailbox x3018. 1

I have a Avaya Magix system and Merling Messaging.

All phones work fine except x3013 in the following scenario.

Callers either get transferred to x3013 from any phone OR dial did number in which x3013 rings 4-times and goes to vmail box 3013.In the event the caller presses 0, the call re-directs to x3018 (Operator) and just rings, never goes anywhere.

Any other extensions work fine. If I call x3012 did or gets transferred by operator the phone rings 4-times and goes to vmail box 3012.In the event the caller presses 0, the call re-directs to x3018 (Operator) and after 4-rings goes to vmail box for x3018.

For some reason, x3013 will not allow the caller to zero out to operator and then ring 4-times then got vmail box for Operator.

I have compared all the programming between all extensions and am unable to find any issues. See below printouts.

What type of voicemail are you using?
In the voicemail, what is the Call Answer Service Operator set to?
In 3013, is there a Personal Operator set, and if so, what is it?
In any other mailbox that the caller is able to zero out of, and properly transfers to 3018 and covers to 3018's mailbox, is there a Personal Operator set, and if so, what is it?
 
deleted mailbox 3013 and rebuilt - problem solved.
