When someone dials front desk number and receptions doesn’t answers the phone, the caller hears the message that prompts him/her to choose options (press 1 for tech support, press 2 for sales and etc.) For example, if you press option 2, your phone call will be redirected to the phone extension of a specific sales person. I need to change the phone number to which the caller is redirected (to another sales person’s number). I assume this is done in Unity not in Call Manager. Does anyone know how to do this, or at least send me to right direction? Thanks
