Caller Options and Redirecting Phone Calls 1

When someone dials front desk number and receptions doesn’t answers the phone, the caller hears the message that prompts him/her to choose options (press 1 for tech support, press 2 for sales and etc.) For example, if you press option 2, your phone call will be redirected to the phone extension of a specific sales person. I need to change the phone number to which the caller is redirected (to another sales person’s number). I assume this is done in Unity not in Call Manager. Does anyone know how to do this, or at least send me to right direction? Thanks
 
Sound like the Operator has her phone forwarded to a call handler in unity. Check in the CCM admin to see what number (if any, could be going straight to vmail) it is going to for CFBusy and CFNoAnswer. If it is going to call handler, do a search by number for that call handler. If it is going straight to vmail, go to the operator's vmail profile.

Either way, look at the call input and make your adjustments there.
