Caller name and extension issue from Cisco VoIP to Hicom 300

Hello all,

We are getting caller name and extension from Hicom 300 extensions to Cisco VoIP extensions, however we are just getting the extension, not the name, from VoIP to the Hicom 300. I'm sure this is a configuration issue on the Cisco 2951 ISR, but I don't know what commands are necessary to make it happen. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
