Hi All,
I am having a problem regarding Call Log on IP phones and was hoping to could help me in finding a solution. find the attached Screen and see that the PD service is not starting, however it is installed and I have tried starting it manually and even restarting and re configuring the Signaling server and PD service.
Also, after doing an
appstart pd status
it shows that the PD is stopped, I then do a
appstart pd start
it shows Application PD was not started (possibly not configured)
attached is for reference..
Will be waiting for any hint that can solve the issue.
