Caller info not showing until after phone picked up-2616

Good morning
Can anyone shed some light on why a 2616 might not be showing a caller's information on the telephone screen until after the call is picked up? I have compared the translations to that of a correctly working 2616 and cannot find a difference. Also, do I need to worry about changing the field (whatever it may be) if the 2616 is part of an ACD (I dont think it will hurt but it might hurt more not to ask!). Thank you for your help.

Do either of the sets have CLS TDD in them? From what I remember, that might help.

Thank you for replying. No, neither one has that; they do have RTDD. The CLS's of the 2 are seen below.The first one listed is the one working properly:

You could try changing to CLS TDD and see if it works. If not, then you can put it back to ADD. Thats really the only suggestion I have. Usually for display phones I use CLS TDD ANDA CNDA DNDA NAMA and it works... not sure about your coniguration though.

Try and do an IDU of both TN's may be the rls of the phone.
