Is there any setting that may block Caller ID information from getting through to the phones or the switch?
I was moderating a teleconference via the web (so I could mute/unmute for the speaker). This was hosted by our Telecomm provider and I noticed that every caller, LD or not had caller ID information. In call status we almost never can see inbound caller ID information from long distance calls. Our Telecomm provider assures me that they are sending the info. The calls to our toll free come through a PRI for local calls, and regular long distance comes through a T-1.
Please Help! We are trying to use TAPI Link for Goldmine, but it does us no good if we can't get the information to scan the database.
