Caller ID

BTW,,Thank You Marv01 & DTONE for your help on my previous posts.

How do I get caller ID on all my lines,, I had it on two lines previously but when I moved the wiring to shift the lines in a descending order I lost caller ID on my second main line. This line used to be L003, now L002, the set(s) are programed for ID but apparently line 002 is not. Could someone help me?

1st big question. Did you have CLID on line three before?
If yes, then look in programming. What system do you have?

Yes, Line 003 had CLID.
Norstar CICS 4.1 w/4 port Flash

Steve,
In the set you wish to have the CLID info on,
Enter programming mode, suggest SCPLUS, Terminals&Sets, enter the DN#, then scrol down to Telco features;
show

line 002
show
change to Y

Check your other lines at the same time.
