Does anyone know how I can block caller ID per agent. I have a bunch of phones as part of an ACD group. Sometimes these agents make outbound calls and our main number shows on the calling parties phone. Or in other words, I don't want the person or office we're calling to see whose calling them. Or, I want our agents to have an option to block a call if they want?

Switch = Option 61c Release 23.
LD ?
Commands?

Thanks in advance.

Not sure if you are in the UK but in the UK dialling 141 before the number blocks your CLI or withholds your number. However their are a few ways to tackle this automatically.
Assuming you don't want to block CLI for all users on the pabx but only the agents, you could set up a new trunk access code for them to use (LD 90 - Net AC2), this access code say a '6'has all your dialed digit ranges set-up in it just like in AC1, using SPN's, for instance when SPN 0 is dialled this references a route list Index (RLI) which in turn sends the call out over your trunk but inserts 141 via a DMI you've set-up.

DMI = LD 86
deletes 0
Inserts 141

More simply if you have all your customers in a speed dial, then just add 141 to the speed dial dial string.

I set up a flexible feature code in LD 57 to block the outgoing caller ID on a per phoneset per call basis.
LD 57

code:cpp *67

you will need to find a # for the code that does not conflict with anything in the switch already.
In my switch from any user's phone if they want to block outgoing ID they access dialtone,dial *67+9+10 digit phone # and this will block the ID on that call only.The next call will go out with ID if they do not enter *67 again.I don't know if this will work dialing out from the que but if they have personal ext.'s on any other keys on the phone they should use those ext.'s for personal calls anyway.Hope this is what you were asking and it helps you out.
