Go into programming, then Terminals/Sets, then TELCO FEATURES. For each line on the set, SHOW LINE, then CALLER ID SET, change to YES, Here you can also set NAME or NUMBER to show first and log space if you are going to log the calls.
If you want to log calls, do FEATURE *84 to tell each set what type of calls to log.
