I have one extension that caller id is not working on. They are on T-1 Release 1 software and all other phones work. I have not been out to the location to check physical equipment but a desktop tech was there on Friday and also could not get the number to diplay. We're trying feature 811 while the call is ringing and also putting the caller on hold and hitting feature 811. I changed his logging option to diplay number first but that didn't work, any suggestions?
