Greetings Guys,

Is Caller-ID a function of programming on an analog trunk card or is it the card itself. I recently purchased an NEC analog trunk board and daughter board. The board works but I am not getting any Caller-ID. What do I need to do?

Add one of the new SLT's to MB 22-04, ring group. Then test. CID is tied to ringing.

Is SLT Single Line Telephone in NEC SPEAK? I have CD-8COTFBH and daughter board. I am not getting caller-id on when ringing the operator's telephone on outside call. DId I buy the wrong board?

Do I need to do something 81-01 for caller-id detection time?

Option Available for FSK or DTMF Type for Single Line Telephone
An option (Program 15-03-11) is available for the Caller ID which allows you to select either FSK or
DTMF as the Caller ID type to be received by a single line telephone.
Option Available for FSK or DTMF Type from Analog Trunk
An option (Program 14-02-16) is available for the Caller ID which allows you to select the type of Caller
ID signal from an analog trunk – FSK or DTMF.
Use the FSK option.

All Multiline Terminals with Display and Single Line Telephones equipped to receive Caller ID.

I have a 4COT with PZ-4COT. No B on the end of serial number. These must be old cards. When I checked 14-02, I had 14-02-01 to 14-02-14. I had no 14-02-15/16. I have 14-02-17 on. Old Card?
