We have a Nortel option 11c / Meridian CS1000 on AT&T and our program went through a contract transition, and I have a couple of questions.

When someone calls out, the recipient receives something like "missed call from ABCCORP". Since it's no longer ABCCORP, we need it changed to XYZINC. Is that in the PBX or at AT&T that it should be changed? If PBX, how would I manage to do that?

When someone calls out, the recipient can see our number. If someone calls in, we don't see their number, just something like "7705-23". How do I enable the ability to view who's calling in from an external number?

It's not in the PBX, contact your carrier. It has to do with the billing name
