Option 11, old rls 22.16. Customer has a PRI, telco claims to be sending me clid and name, but when calls come down the circuit, all I get are the acod and member. They claim this use to work. I have not changed anything in the PBX, but am not sure I trust that it ever worked. I dont remember where this is set up? CFN? RDB?

only place I remember it being is 17 Parm CLID YES, but I think that is for CDR. It may have more to do with your Dch IFC

Make sure you have NDS on the d channel in rcap. you will need to disable the d channel to make the change

I have ND2 in RCAP. I now have the traps from telco showing they are sending it.

NI2 not available in RLS 22.

If this was working and then not working its hard.

Do this first. If you see it, turn on dchannel messaging, then reset your PRI circuit. Everything. Do a full force download on everything you can. Your hardware may be off kilter a little and you just need to kick it.

This may work....

it WAS working, I have the carrier here upgrading AOS in the Adtran. I also have a spare PRI card with me to try after he is done.

And I did turn the dch messaging on, and it does not show CID. Carrier has his laptop between the Adtran and the PBX and I DO see CID.
