This is the setup , a shared secretary having the main and rollover for her two bosse.
She can't see the name and number
Of the inbound call on the rollover
On her phone , a 2616 with 1 aom .

It seems that did not work, again, here's whats happening in a nut shell. When some one calls.All she see's is Her boss's name. And not the person who is calling. You do see the ext calling below that. but thats apparently not good enough. She wants to see the callers name.

Set CLS CNDA DNDD

DNDA says "Display Who Was Called" - and you do not care who was called. So, set CLS DNDD.
