Hello, I have a Norstar (I think its ICS) phone system with 4 extensions. I see the number and the caller when a call comes in but I get "No Callers" when I press the caller ID to see the list of people who have called me. Any idea why or how I can see the list?

Is your call log set to log all calls?

Using **266344, I went through the whole list but can't find Call Log. What is it under? Thanks,

Also, when I do "F 812" (View Call Log) it says: No Log Assigned.

From Terminal and Set, go to User Prefernces, scroll till you find Call log options.

From Terminal and Sets if I choose SHOW (Top Right Triangle), I'd only get "Show Set ___" which shows the list of extensions, at this time my only option in the window is "LIST" the NEXT button does the same thing. Instead of SHOW I chose NEXT and went through the list and could not find User Preferences.

Press show then enter the extension number. Press show again, then press next till you get to User Preferences. You have to set that up for every Extenuation that you want to use the log option.

You will also need to allocate the storage space. This can be entered in the call log space. If I remember Norstar has a systemwide storage of 600 log entries only.

Terminal and Set" SHOW "Show Set" I entered my own extension and SHOW "Line access" NEXT "Capabilities" NEXT "Name" NEXT User Preferences SHOW "M7310" NEXT "Button programming" NEXT "User Speed dial" NEXT "Call log opt'ns..." SHOW "Log all calls..".
OK, this shows that I'm set on Log all calls, so the only thing that I can think of is that the log box is full and I have to empty it. (That is if the system does not delete the oldest call automatically). I saw the option somewhere; have to go through the list to see where it was. Would you agree? Thank you.

JTDubai: How do I check to see if storage has been allocated?

No.It's not a matter of the log space getting full. It's a matter of allocating the total storage space to different extensions.ie:-A Total of 600 space can be distributed to 30 extns with a space of 20 each.So the rest of the extns can not be allocated with any space.
So you will need to allocate the log space for this particular extn. Most probably it should be under the same menu of Preferences.Press SHOW further and ADD 10 or 20 according to your preference.

Thanks much JT, I've started going through every menu to see if I can find allocatiion table.

I looked at every menu but seems like I can't locate the Allocation menu. Any suggestions?
