How can I set my md110 system so that the caller ID of external calls displays on the analog extension phones? Our system doesn't have PRI yet.

What kind of trunks are you using?

Our trunks are CO analog trunks

Its not possible on TLU75. FSK Caller ID is supported on TLU83 in TSW.

It is possible on TLU75 with a patch if the caller id is of the DTMF type.
There was a patch named FR 93912 for BC11.

If you use tlu-83 you should upgrade your system bc-13 sp-6

but I dont understand what is bc-13 sp-6 and how to upgrade it?

Are you using MD110?or are you using MX-ONE?
