Hello
Could you please help. I have a customer who would like to get caller Id they have a legend proc 7.0. and they have 8 regular copper lines and these line are on a 800 GS/LS-ID module . My question is can they get name and number or just number. thank you

They can get both - although on Legend R7 - you need to program a toggle button to see caller name. Otherwise - to see both simultaneously (2-line display) - you would need to upgrade the processor software to Magix R4
