Caller ID

I have a customer with a Merlin Legend. The receptionist has a 4424 telephone. She receives caller id fine if her phone is idol and a call comes in. However, if she is already on the phone, when the second call comes in she is not getting caller id. Is there a way for her to see caller id on all lines?

She would need to press the incomming line number and then press inspect to see the 2nd calls incomming caller ID. She can do that while she is on the original call.

Whoops. If the customer has a 4424 telephone, the system is a Merlin Magix.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
